• Your kit is personalised and made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns.
• Wrong (different from the proof you approved), misprinted or damaged in transit: email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint it free or refund in full, our choice.
• Cancel any time before you approve the proof: full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking), usually within 5-7 working days.

To ask for a reprint or refund, email hello@rangoliname.com with your order number (starts with RN) and a photo. We reply within 1 working day.
